We will prepare the lease and provide the required lead and radon documents.

We offer monthly rent collection as well as monthly property checks.  We can turn your property around once the property becomes vacant.

The Fee schedules is as follows:

• $50 per month for a single family home

• A duplex is approximately $75 per month

• finding a new tenant is a flat $100.  This includes unlimited advertising at the Franciscan University and in the Tri-State Merchanette. 1 week of advertising in the Herald Star Newspaper is also included.  The property owner is responsible for providing us advance payment for additional Herald Star advertising.
